Cyber Security Analyst

We’re looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join the cybersecurity team of a large, complex organization.

The role involves monitoring, identifying, and investigating cybersecurity incidents, analyzing threats and vulnerabilities, responding to security events, and helping strengthen the organization’s overall security posture.

What will you do?

• Monitor security systems and cyber events using SIEM, SOC, and additional security tools
• Investigate security alerts and incidents, validate findings, and assess their potential impact
• Identify and analyze vulnerabilities across systems, infrastructure, and applications
• Participate in incident response, investigation, documentation, and lessons learned
• Prepare professional reports, incident summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and other technical teams
• Support the implementation of security solutions and the continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture

What are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of experience within the past 3 years as a Cyber Security Analyst, Cyber Security Researcher, or Cyber Security Implementer
• At least 1 year of experience working with cybersecurity and information security systems
• At least 1 year of hands-on operational experience with at least two of the following:
• EDR solutions, such as CrowdStrike
• Breach & Attack Simulation solutions, such as XM Cyber
• Asset Vulnerability Management solutions, such as Armis
• Remote Browser Isolation (RBI) solutions, such as Netskope
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Valid driver’s license

Education

Academic degree in a relevant technological field, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Communications Engineering, or Information Security; or a certified practical engineer/technician in a relevant technological field with professional experience in cybersecurity and information security.

Cybersecurity courses and professional training are an advantage.

Important to know

The position is based in Ashdod , with regular working hours of 07:30–16:30, five days a week .

Availability for on-call duty and occasional work outside regular hours is required, including nights, Fridays, Saturday evenings, Saturdays, and holidays, according to operational needs.

Night on-call duty is required approximately one week every 2–3 weeks .
