Cyber Security Analyst (Tier1)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats in a 24x7 operational environment.
• Identify and classify security incidents in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Respond to security incidents within the timeframe specified in the SLA.
• Monitor and follow up on security incidents until they are appropriately resolved.
• Prepare and submit reports on cybersecurity threats and security incidents within the specified timeframe.
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of Cybersecurity to improve service efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with and provide consultation to customers and Product Vendors to analyze and resolve cybersecurity threats and related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Security Operations or Security Solutions, such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, NGFW, IPS/IDS, EPP, NTA, and WAF.
• Basic knowledge of networking, systems, cloud computing, and IT security.
• Knowledge or experience with SIEM, EDR, and XDR technologies.
• Knowledge of cyberattacks, attack patterns, and incident response.
• Knowledge of information, network, software, and hardware security practices.
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts.
