Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain ZScaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions for clients to secure their cloud applications.
- Configure and manage ZPA nodes, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ZPA deployment, configuration, and monitoring using various tools such as logs analysis and debugging techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in cyber security or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ZScaler products including ZPA.
- Experience with cloud application security concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices.
