Introduction & Summary This role is vital for enhancing organizational security posture by identifying and addressing remediation gaps. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in security domains and AI threats, along with proven experience in risk assessment methodologies and governance processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the identification of remediation gaps and drive strategic resolution initiatives across the organization.
• Provide expert guidance on remediation strategies, ensuring alignment with security best practices.
• Analyze complex scanning results to define actionable steps that minimize risk exposure.
• Collaborate with responsible remediation owners for timely execution.
• Ensure clear communication of security findings and track remediation progress.
• Maintain proactive governance and influence remediation outcomes.
• Design risk scoring for real-time prioritization of vulnerabilities.

Key Requirements

• Deep understanding of security domains with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of modern AI threats and their impact on security posture.
• Expertise in vulnerability scoring frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience in security findings such as EASM, Threat Modelling, and API-related findings.
• Knowledge in problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA, and OWASP.
• Advanced trouble-shooting and conceptual skills for remediation solutions.
• Ability to interpret results using data analysis techniques.
• Experience in cross-organizational collaboration and negotiation.
• Fluent in both business and technical English (written and spoken).
• Experience with automation, preferably in Python, Apache Airflow, or Power Automate.
• Practical application of AI technologies in governance and automation.
• Able to mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks.
