Salary: 1100 - 1400 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Project In this role you will be a key member of the Cyber Security area, focusing on identifying remediation gaps, driving strategic remediation initiatives, and ensuring that security findings are addressed effectively across the organisation. You will influence remediation direction, collaborate with key stakeholders, and support the organisation in reducing risk exposure through structured governance, risk-based prioritisation, automation, and expert advisory. You will also contribute to the design of risk scoring approaches that enable near real-time prioritisation and faster remediation of critical vulnerabilities, leveraging data analysis, automation, and AI technologies

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Leading the identification of remediation gaps and driving strategic resolution initiatives
• Providing expert guidance on remediation strategies, security best practices, and regulatory expectations
• Analysing security findings and scanning results to define actionable, risk-based remediation steps
• Collaborating with remediation owners and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution
• Monitoring remediation progress and ensuring findings are clearly understood and appropriately prioritised
• Contributing to risk scoring approaches enabling near real-time prioritisation of critical vulnerabilities
• Supporting automation and AI-driven improvements in security governance processes
• Communicating remediation progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring within the Cyber Security function

Expected competences and knowledge

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in security findings assessment and remediation
• Expert knowledge of vulnerability scoring, security risk assessment, prioritisation, and remediation governance
• Strong understanding of AI-related security threats and their impact on security posture
• Knowledge and practical experience in problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA, and OWASP
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex remediation challenges
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modelling to support risk-based decision making
• Experience with automation, preferably using Python, Apache Airflow, and/or Power Automate
• Practical experience applying AI in governance and automation workflows
• Fluent business and technical English (both written and spoken)
