Role Overview

We are seeking a Cyber Security Manager to strengthen and manage the organization's overall Cyber Security and Information Security function, with primary responsibility for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

The role will focus on ISO 27001/NIST, cyber risk management, audits, security policies and governance, while providing oversight across SOC, IAM/PAM, VAPT, data security and OT security.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the organization's Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) program.
• Establish and monitor security controls in line with ISO 27001, NIST and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Conduct cyber risk assessments, identify security gaps and track remediation.
• Lead and coordinate internal/external security audits and ISO 27001 assessments.
• Develop, review and maintain Information Security Policies, SOPs, Standards and Guidelines.
• Maintain risk registers, compliance records, control frameworks and management dashboards.
• Provide oversight of SOC/SIEM, security monitoring and incident response activities.
• Coordinate and provide governance for IAM, PAM, VAPT, SSE, DLP, Endpoint Security, Data Privacy and Data Security initiatives.
• Support OT/ICS security assessments and implementation of appropriate security controls.
• Prepare MIS, risk reports, management presentations and compliance updates.
• Work closely with IT, business teams, auditors, consultants and external security partners.
• Promote security awareness and ensure effective implementation of information security requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Cyber Security, Information Security and GRC.
• Practical experience with ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Good exposure to risk assessment, compliance and audit management.
• Strong capability in security documentation, policies, SOPs and governance reporting.
• Working knowledge of SOC/SIEM, Incident Response, IAM, PAM and VAPT.
• Exposure to SSE, DLP, Endpoint Security, Data Security and Data Privacy.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS Security will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple security initiatives and priorities.

Preferred Certifications

CISM | CISA | ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor | CEH | CompTIA Security+ or other relevant Cyber Security certifications.
