We’re looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager who is passionate about using AI to transform security operations, automate processes and strengthen security across a growing financial services technology platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new, agile technology division where you’ll help shape cyber security strategy, implement security controls and use AI tools and agents to improve how security risks are identified, assessed and managed.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead vulnerability and patch management, using AI to automate analysis, prioritisation and remediation.
- Identify emerging cyber threats and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, governance frameworks and controls.
- Design AI-driven security workflows, including alert triage, compliance reporting and third-party risk assessments.
- Ensure security practices align with regulatory and industry standards.
- Oversee security performance metrics, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Support the secure adoption of AI, addressing risks such as data leakage, prompt injection and model misuse.
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders and external suppliers to strengthen security and prepare the platform for launch.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in cyber security, information security or vulnerability management.
- Practical experience using AI tools and agents, such as Claude or Microsoft Security Copilot, to support security activities.
- Strong knowledge of AWS security services, including IAM, Security Hub, Control Tower and GuardDuty.
- Understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements, including ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS and SOC 1/SOC 2.
- Experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management, security governance and third-party risk.
- Knowledge of AI-specific security risks and frameworks such as the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical risks to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, curious and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in an agile, start-up-style environment.
- Excellent professional proficiency in English
Desirable: CISSP or OSCP certification.
