• Strong business development and consultative sales capability in OT Cybersecurity, industrial digitalization, or automation related domains.
• Familiar with industrial automation and OT environments including DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, industrial networks, and plant operation workflows.
• Experience in customer engagement activities including workshops, presentations, solution proposal development, and opportunity creation together with Account Managers and related teams.
• Good understanding of OT cybersecurity technologies and standards including IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and remote access security.
• Understanding of China cybersecurity regulations, localization requirements, and industrial cybersecurity market trends.
• Strategic thinking capability with ability to support business planning, partner ecosystem development, and long-term cybersecurity business expansion in China market. Preferred
• Familiar with major cybersecurity vendors and ecosystem partners in China market, such as Huawei (华为), Qi-An-Xin (奇安信), Sangfor (深信服), Topsec (天融信), and Venustech (启明星辰).
• Experience or knowledge in IT Security, Cloud Security, IIoT security, cybersecurity assessment, or risk assessment activities is preferred. Professional certifications such as IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

岗位职责描述（Mission and Objectives and Specific Duties of the Position)

Role Summary The OT Cybersecurity Solution Architect / Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving Yokogawa’s OT Cybersecurity business growth in China market. This role combines business development, customer engagement, solution consulting, and strategic planning capabilities to identify customer challenges and develop cybersecurity business opportunities in industrial domains. The position works closely with Account Managers, engineering, delivery teams, global cybersecurity organizations, and external ecosystem partners to promote OT cybersecurity solutions aligned with China market requirements, regulatory trends, and localization strategies.

• Develop and drive OT Cybersecurity business opportunities in China market, with KPI responsibility for cybersecurity-related pipeline creation, opportunity development, and contribution to business growth.
• Work together with Account Managers and related teams to identify customer pain points, develop qualified sales pipelines, and support achievement of cybersecurity-related order intake targets.
• Conduct customer presentations, workshops, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations to enhance strategic customer engagement and expand business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, delivery teams, global organizations, and ecosystem partners to develop cybersecurity proposals and support successful business acquisition activities.
• Support China OT Cybersecurity business strategy, localization initiatives, partner ecosystem development, and market expansion activities aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local cybersecurity vendors, SIers, cloud providers, and strategic partners to support joint business development and ecosystem collaboration KPIs.
