• Customer Requirement Analysis & Risk Assessment
• Conduct high-level technical assessments including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and risk identification for OT cybersecurity needs.
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate vulnerabilities and define security objectives.
• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments to identify potential threats and system weaknesses.
• Solution Design & Implementation
• Develop and implement customized cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and policies aligned with industry standards and client expectations.
• Recommend technical safeguards, execute security validation tests, and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks.
• Facilitate discovery and technical workshops in collaboration with global engineering and solution teams.
• Business Development & Account Growth
• Drive cybersecurity business growth initiatives, particularly in managed security services and lifecycle protection programs.
• Support proposal development, cost estimation, and bid strategies in coordination with the sales team.
• Build and manage short-term and mid-term opportunity pipelines and strategic account planning.
• Provide post-sales support for issue resolution while identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration
• Develop strong relationships with end users, EPCs, system integrators, and technology partners to enhance Yokogawa’s market presence.
• Represent Yokogawa in industry forums, seminars, and cybersecurity communities as a trusted advisor. 任职资格:
• Master's Degree or Equivalent Level, candidates with a bachelor's degree can be considered if the other experience and skillset is exceptional.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields 3.10 years in Business Development / Technical consultant in OT Cybersecurity domain
• Demonstrated ability to assess customer challenges and provide consultative OT cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong capabilities in demonstrating cybersecurity technologies and delivering compelling sales presentations.
• Hands-on experience in implementing cybersecurity software in operational environments and designing secure architectures for industrial systems.
• Familiarity with OT systems such as DCS, PLC, SCADA, and fundamental understanding of industrial plant workflows.
• Basic understanding of cloud and IIoT cybersecurity concepts is advantageous.
• Proficient in key security technologies including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint protection platforms (EPP), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across multinational teams and time zones. 11 Ability to engage with customers early in the sales cycle to foster long-term partnerships.
• Experience in identifying and evaluating emerging cybersecurity and digital technologies—including AI—for business innovation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create collaborative environments and drive customer satisfaction.
• Solid knowledge of key cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, and IEC 62443.
• Professional certifications such as IEC 62443 Certified Expert, CISM, GICSP, or CCSP are preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both oral and written English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences, including senior executives.
• Proficient in computer usage, skillfull in use of office, Salesforce, Teams, SAP, Oracle, Webex etc.
• Mandatory : English(CET6) 、Nice to Have : Japanese Skills(N2) for daily communication.
