Position Overview

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to strengthen our IT security posture and ensure compliance across all IT processes. You will design and maintain our security architecture, lead compliance efforts, and act as the primary contact for IT-related audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity architecture and products, including firewall, web/mail gateway, NAC, SIEM, endpoint antivirus, and access point management

• Manage IT security and compliance projects, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations (data protection, capital markets, competition law)

• Act as the single point of contact for IT-related audits and audit findings

• Prepare security reporting, KPIs, and budget planning for senior management

• Manage relationships and contracts with security technology vendors

• Plan and execute annual security testing and follow up on remediation

• Draft IT procedures and support IT procurement with market and vendor insight

Qualifications & Requirements

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network, systems, and security architecture management

• Minimum 3 years of experience with regulatory compliance (data protection, capital markets, competition law)

• Certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CEH, and/or CND preferred

• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and security technologies (firewall, SIEM, NAC, endpoint protection)

• Proficient in MS Office; strong reporting and procedure-writing skills

• Good command of English; knowledge of German is a plus
