Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training and mentor students aspiring to build careers in cybersecurity.

Important Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cyber Security Trainer is mandatory.
• Candidates must be currently working as a Cyber Security Trainer.
• Prior teaching or training experience in cybersecurity is compulsory.
• Candidates with only cybersecurity industry experience and no relevant training experience will not be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on cybersecurity concepts.
• Train students in Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, Network Security, SOC, SIEM, and Cloud Security.
• Provide hands-on practical exposure through real-world projects and lab sessions.
• Mentor students on cybersecurity career paths, industry certifications, and interview preparation.
• Track and evaluate student performance through assignments, mock tests, and projects.
• Help students build strong technical portfolios and job-ready skills.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity tools, threats, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve training quality and student outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Cyber Security Trainer.
• Currently employed in a Cyber Security Trainer role.
• Strong knowledge of Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing.
• Good understanding of Network Security and Firewalls.
• Hands-on knowledge of security tools such as:
• Wireshark
• Metasploit
• Nmap
• Burp Suite
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.
• Basic understanding of AWS/Azure Cloud Security is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing cybersecurity professionals.

Salary & Work Location

• Maximum Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA, depending on skills and experience.
• Work Location: Thane & Dadar, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
