Job Summary

Spark Techwave Innovationz Pvt Ltd is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training in cybersecurity concepts, tools, and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on cybersecurity experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train students, freshers, and working professionals. The trainer will help learners develop the technical skills required to understand cybersecurity threats, secure IT systems, and pursue careers in information security.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on cybersecurity fundamentals and advanced concepts according to the learners' skill levels.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, practical exercises, and lab assignments.
• Teach network security, system security, ethical hacking fundamentals, and vulnerability assessment.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations using cybersecurity tools in authorized lab environments.
• Train learners in security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis.
• Explain common cyber threats, vulnerabilities, malware, phishing, and security controls.
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, practical examinations, and mock interviews.
• Guide learners through cybersecurity projects and practical lab exercises.
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback.
• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, security technologies, and industry trends.
• Support learners with career guidance, resume preparation, and interview preparation.

Educational Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
• Candidates with prior cybersecurity industry experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
