What they need

Launch Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a well-established, global organisation to find a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join their growing security function

This is a proactive, research-driven role rather than a traditional SOC, tool focused role. Our client's team delivers intelligence on cybercrime threats targeting customers, digital services and online transactions, helping protect customers and strengthen organisational resilience.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Include -

  • Track and profile specific threat actors and groups, understanding how they operate, the tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) they use, and how they attempt to infiltrate the organisation
  • Monitor and assess cybercrime threats, identify emerging risks and produce actionable intelligence to support cyber defence and fraud prevention
  • Proactively identify gaps in detection and defence capability, and report on findings to drive improvement
  • Work closely with technology, risk, fraud and digital teams to improve threat detection and response outcomes and strengthen customer protection
  • Communicate insights clearly and confidently to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to security improvements across the organisation

Requirements include -

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process information from multiple sources into meaningful and digestable insight
  • A solid understanding of cyber risk management principles and the current threat landscape
  • Experience assessing cybercrime activity such as phishing, credential theft, malware, fraud and social engineering
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuinely curious, self-driven mindset. You take ownership of problems, dig until you understand them properly, and aren't satisfied until you can demonstrate the difference your work has made.

We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every criterion listed above. Please apply for immediate consideration.

Other offers great for you!
