Cyberark Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced CyberArk L2/L3 Support Engineers to manage, troubleshoot, and support enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure. The role involves CyberArk administration, incident resolution, access management, troubleshooting, upgrades, monitoring, RCA, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for CyberArk PAM infrastructure and components.
• Manage and troubleshoot CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA components.
• Perform user, account, safe, and privileged access management.
• Configure and manage Safes, Platforms, Permissions, and Policies.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts.
• Troubleshoot password management, account reconciliation, PSM connectivity, and authentication issues.
• Monitor CyberArk services, logs, alerts, and system health.
• Handle Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem Management.
• Perform RCA for recurring and major incidents and prepare incident reports.
• Support CyberArk upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and migrations.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and network teams for issue resolution.
• Coordinate with CyberArk/OEM vendors for complex technical escalations.
• Maintain SOPs, Knowledge Base, and technical documentation.

Additional L3 Responsibilities

• Handle complex L3 troubleshooting and escalations.
• Perform advanced configuration and optimization of CyberArk components.
• Support architecture changes, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Guide L2 engineers and provide technical solutions for complex issues.
• Participate in security reviews, audits, and PAM improvement initiatives.
