*Role Summary*

We are looking for a skilled CyberArk PAM L3 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), CyberArk administration, troubleshooting, platform support, and enterprise security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, and architecture of CyberArk PAM solutions

• Install, upgrade, and configure CyberArk components

• Lead onboarding of complex platforms (databases, cloud, network devices,

• applications)

• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Performance tuning and capacity planning

• Security hardening and compliance alignment

• Integrate CyberArk with AD, LDAP, SIEM, MFA, and cloud platforms

• Mentor L2 team and provide technical guidance

• Work with vendors and stakeholders on critical issues

• Required Skills*

• Strong hands-on expertise in CyberArk PAM (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSM Session)

• Experience with upgrades, DR setup, and high availability

• Advanced scripting (PowerShell, REST APIs)

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking

• Experience with cloud PAM (AWS, Azure, GCP – preferred)

• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance

• Certifications (Preferred)*

• CyberArk Defender / Sentry / Guardian
