L1 SOC Analyst

Job Description:

· Continuously monitor the security alerts queue.

· Triage security alerts.

· Monitor the health of customer security sensors and infrastructure.

· Collect data and context necessary to initiate Level 2 escalation.

· Deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports.

· Work closely with Level 2 & Level 3 teams towards the continuous improvement of the service.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related.

· At least 1 year of experience as a SOC Analyst.

· Experience and knowledge of Linux-based systems.

· Good English communication skills.
