Manage cybersecurity clients' onboarding, renewals & upsells for CYFIRMA's DeCYFIR platform. Handle escalations, health checks & CRM (Salesforce). Requires 5+ yrs in customer success/cyber security, OSINT tools (Shodan, VirusTotal),SIEM/EDR knowledge
Required Candidate profile
5-8 yrs experience managing cybersecurity accounts, skilled in OSINT tools (Shodan, VirusTotal), SIEM/EDR, Salesforce CRM. Strong client-facing, technical & communication skills required.
