Cybersecurity Developer (Cryptography & Secrets Management)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite

Client: Leading global financial services firm

About the role

Join a "build-and-run" Cryptography and Secrets Management squad spanning North America, Europe, and India. You'll design and build features, tooling, and automation that strengthen cybersecurity controls and improve the resiliency and reliability of the firm's services.

What you'll do

• Build integrations for enterprise HSM and Key Management solutions
• Develop tooling and AI agents for security operations, analysis, and remediation
• Own CI/CD and DevSecOps delivery, and build testing frameworks
• Remediate security findings and improve observability
• Troubleshoot issues and take part in on-call rotation
• Join design discussions and code reviews, and share knowledge across teams

Must have

• 4+ years of Python in enterprise settings (requests, json, logging, argparse, subprocess, pandas, pytest)
• 2+ years of Bash/Shell scripting
• REST API development and consumption
• Linux and Git , plus CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins)
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and secure development practices
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Thales Luna HSM / CipherTrust Manager , PKCS#11
• Containers and Kubernetes
• Observability tools ( Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry ) and SRE practices
• Security fundamentals: encryption, secrets management, CVE remediation, authN/authZ, PKI
