What they need

Meet your future team

Join our Cybersecurity practice, where you will work alongside cybersecurity, risk, regulatory and technology specialists supporting clients across financial services and other industries. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help organisations strengthen resilience, navigate evolving regulations and address emerging technology risks.

What your role will look like

As a Cybersecurity Experienced Manager, you will lead complex client engagements at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk and regulation. Your role exists to help organisations make informed decisions, strengthen their security posture and transform regulatory requirements into practical, business-focused actions that support long-term resilience.

  • Advise senior client stakeholders, including CISOs, IT security leaders and executive teams, on cybersecurity governance, risk management and resilience strategies.
  • Lead regulatory transformation programmes related to DORA, NIS2 and other cybersecurity frameworks, helping clients define realistic compliance roadmaps and implementation priorities.
  • Assess and strengthen the security posture of AI and GenAI initiatives, covering governance, access controls, third-party risk and emerging threats.
  • Translate complex technical risks into clear business insights that support decision-making at management and board level.
  • Drive the design and implementation of cybersecurity roadmaps, balancing risk reduction, operational needs and investment priorities.
  • Lead client engagements end-to-end, coordinating teams, managing delivery risks, reviewing key outputs and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Strengthen client relationships, identify emerging needs and contribute to business development activities, proposals and market opportunities.

Your growth and opportunities

Deepen your expertise across cybersecurity, digital resilience, AI security and regulatory transformation while working with a diverse client portfolio. Expand your leadership responsibilities through team coaching, business development and ownership of increasingly strategic engagements. Gain exposure to complex cybersecurity challenges that shape organisational resilience and long-term business performance.

The skills you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Management Information Systems or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk management or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management and regulatory frameworks, including DORA, NIS2, EBA, CSSF requirements and the EU AI Act.
  • Advanced knowledge of recognised standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, with experience applying them in client environments.
  • Experience leading client engagements, managing teams and coaching junior professionals.
  • English and French.

Ways of working

  • You structure complex information, apply sound judgment and turn risks and challenges into practical recommendations.
  • You build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders, creating alignment and driving collective outcomes.
  • You take ownership of client outcomes, anticipate needs and focus on delivering lasting value. You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation.

Additional skills that would support your success

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, AAISM or AAIR.

The skills listed reflect what matters most to succeed in this role. If your experience aligns with them, even if your path looks different, we encourage you to apply and start the conversation with us.

Take your next step

Lead cybersecurity initiatives that help organisations navigate complexity, strengthen resilience and embrace innovation with confidence. Contribute your expertise alongside teams that value collaboration, technical excellence and meaningful client impact. Shape the future of cybersecurity while continuing to expand your influence, leadership and expertise.
