Required Skills & Competencies (Must-Have)
GRC / Risk / Compliance
- Strong understanding of GRC pillars (Governance, Risk, Compliance) and enterprise risk/compliance operations
- Hands-on experience in risk assessments, control testing/assessments, gap analysis, remediation tracking, and reporting
- Familiarity with security frameworks/standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and regulatory expectations relevant to clients/industry Tools & Documentation
- Experience with GRC platforms such as RSA Archer eGRC / ServiceNow GRC (or equivalent), including workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
- Strong documentation skills (policies, standards, audit evidence packs, risk assessment reports) and reporting using Office tools.
