Cybersecurity Manager

• Define the organization's cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA and international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001).
• Oversee the outsourced Security Operations Center (SOC) for monitoring, detection, and incident response activities.
• Lead cybersecurity incident response efforts.
• Plan and oversee penetration testing with external providers to identify system vulnerabilities.
• Plan and oversee annual vulnerability assessments across all information systems.
• Assess risk for new systems prior to go-live and manage third-party/vendor risk.
• Deliver security awareness training across the organization.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security, with at least 2-3 years in a team or program management role.
• Experience collaborating with outsourced Security Operations Centers (SOCs) or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with international vendors.
• Experience in the retail or IT reseller sector is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are a plus.
