ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise Data Security, Data Loss Prevention, and Insider Threat initiatives.
  • Manage program activities, deliverables, dependencies, actions, risks, and follow-up across multiple workstreams.
  • Collect, consolidate, tabulate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support program decisions and reporting.
  • Develop sophisticated Excel-based analysis, tracking, reporting, and data-management tools.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, update, organize, and maintain cybersecurity and data-governance policies, standards, procedures, and other written directives.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals of policies, standards, and supporting documentation.
  • Work with cybersecurity, technology, data, privacy, and business stakeholders to gather information and requirements.
  • Support the development and maturation of Data Security, DLP, Insider Threat, and Data Governance processes.
  • Develop clear reports, presentations, dashboards, and other materials for program stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support organizational change activities associated with new security policies, processes, controls, and technologies.
  • Track implementation activities and help ensure agreed actions are completed.
  • Support the documentation and standardization of program processes and operating procedures.
  • Facilitate meetings, document decisions and actions, and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program processes, reporting, governance, and operational effectiveness.

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated experience in program management, program analysis, project coordination, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience collecting, organizing, tabulating, and analyzing complex data.
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze large or complex datasets.
  • Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated experience writing, updating, organizing, and managing policies, standards, procedures, or comparable formal documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear documentation, reporting, and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and follow activities through to completion.
  • Strong stakeholder management and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of or exposure to cybersecurity and data-protection concepts, including Data Governance, Data Security, Data Loss Prevention, and Insider Threat.
  • Understanding of organizational change management principles and practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, data-security, or data-governance programs within a large enterprise.
  • Knowledge of cyber operations, Insider Threat, DLP, and Data Privacy.
