Cybersecurity Project Manager (Application Security Testing)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced cybersecurity leader to manage our Cyber Security Testing delivery.

This role oversees both the Application Security Testing and Infrastructure Security Testing teams. Operating in a high-volume, shared-resource model, you will manage a large pool of security engineers executing concurrent penetration testing and vulnerability assessment projects across Enterprise, Small, and Medium business tiers.

Drive strict adherence to Turn-Around Times (TAT), ensure high-quality service delivery, and spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our testing methodologies and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery & Factory Model Operations.
• Direct the end-to-end delivery of complex Application and Infrastructure security testing projects across diverse industry verticals.
• Optimize the delivery pipeline, effectively orchestrating a shared pool of resources to handle high-concurrency project loads while strictly meeting defined TATs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Define, implement, and continuously refine process-oriented workflows for project execution, ensuring maximum efficiency and the highest level of quality control.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, resolving complex challenges within defined Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and providing creative workarounds when necessary.
• Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, effort estimation, and solution design for prospective clients.
• AI Integration & Service Innovation.

AI for Security:

• Drive the adoption of AI and machine learning tools within the service delivery lifecycle to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate vulnerability discovery, and enhance overall testing efficiency.
• Security for AI: Build and industrialize new service capabilities centered on assessing AI/LLM implementations (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, adversarial machine learning testing).
• Develop and mature the service portfolio, ensuring testing methodologies align with evolving global compliance frameworks and threat models (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 42001 for AI governance)

Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse team of security engineers, analysts, and penetration testers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Conduct continuous skill-gap analyses; design and implement targeted technical and non-technical training programs to upskill the workforce.
• Oversee process-oriented induction training for new hires and ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Foster a collaborative environment, effectively managing team dynamics, resolving conflicts, and guiding the team to meet stringent delivery expectations.
