Cybersecurity Services Analyst

Job Summary

A creative communications professional who combines graphic design, content creation, and strategic communications skills to deliver engaging cybersecurity awareness campaigns that drive employee understanding, engagement, and secure behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit clear, engaging copy for newsletters, articles, company-wide emails, security alerts, and presentations.
• Design visually compelling assetsinfographics, posters, digital banners, and decksusing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma.
• Create short-form multimedia content (explainer videos, motion graphics, and interactive learning elements) to increase engagement.
• Publish and maintain content across enterprise channels, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and internal portals.
• Support major awareness initiatives, signature events (such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month), webinars, and gamified challenges.
• Plan and deliver creative, multi-channel awareness campaigns that simplify complex cybersecurity topics and drive secure employee behaviors.
• Partner with technical security teams to translate real-world threats into practical, actionable employee guidance.
• Track campaign reach and engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve content.

Skills

• Good graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, etc.)
• Ability to turn technical topics into simple, engaging content
• Experience with internal communications, PR, or awareness campaigns
• Strong visual storytelling and branding awareness
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Cybersecurity awareness, training, or technical communications
• Editorial mindset with strong attention to grammar, tone, consistency, and brand voice.
