Cybersecurity Solution Manager

Division: Cybersecurity Centre

In this position, you will:

• Responsible for managing security solutions or products, from requirements gathering to the entire process of solution and product release.
• Responsible for the overall planning and design of internal and external security products, solutions, and platforms, as well as the formulation of product development directions.
• Responsible for tracking, researching, analyzing, and organizing user needs and competing products, and timely adjusting the product functionality and processes.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in network security, computer science, communication engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related IT security field.
• Have a certain understanding and knowledge of various security products, platforms, and tools; passionate about product work and eager to create real value for users through products.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, experience in team collaboration for products or solutions, and a strong sense of documentation, high efficiency in execution, and self-driven.
• Ability to design and plan a complete functional system for a product.
• Have a certain understanding and knowledge of security offense and defense penetration, with practical experience being a plus.
• Practical or project experience with security platforms and products (such as situational awareness, SIEM platforms, EDR, host security, etc.) is a plus.
• Possession of network security-related certifications such as CISP or CISSP is preferred.
