We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our dynamic warehouse team. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory across all warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify physical stock against system records using RF scanners and manual counting methods.
• Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and digital records, investigating causes and resolving issues promptly.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes safely during inventory activities.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading materials using appropriate heavy equipment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of counts, adjustments, and discrepancies following safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards.
• Support overall warehouse operations by participating in stock replenishment, order picking, and materials handling tasks as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related roles with a focus on accuracy.
• Skilled in operating heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations such as shipping & receiving, order picking, loading & unloading procedures.
• Ability to utilize RF scanners effectively for inventory tracking and data entry.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols including OSHA regulations related to manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
• Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or extensive warehouse experience is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $22.01 per hour
