Job Purpose

Ralph Lauren is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented digital commerce professional to join the Hong Kong and Taiwan eCommerce team. The role will support the day-to-day operation of Ralph Lauren’s brand websites, omni-channel order management, and third-party digital commerce partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure accurate site execution, efficient order operations, and seamless client experience.

The role will support RalphLauren.com.hk, RalphLauren.com.tw, and current or future third-party digital commerce programmes across Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities

Website and Content Operations

  • Manage and update website content, campaign banners, landing pages, and product listings accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure product information—including descriptions, imagery, categorization, pricing, and promotional details—is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare clear creative and design briefs for the development of on-brand digital assets.
  • Complete pre-launch and post-launch quality checks to ensure promotions are accurately configured and displayed.
  • Conduct regular site checks to identify and resolve content, navigation, pricing, and customer-experience issues.
  • Work with Merchandising and Planning teams to resolve product-data, assortment, and inventory-availability issues.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns and product launches are executed accurately and on schedule.

Order and Omni-Channel Operations

  • Support daily order operations across brand.com and relevant third-party channels, including order monitoring, issue resolution, and operational follow-up.
  • Monitor order workflows and proactively identify potential issues, bottlenecks, or risks to the client experience.
  • Coordinate with Retail, Logistics, Client Services, Technology, and Digital teams to resolve order-related issues effectively.
  • Support omni-channel services and processes, ensuring consistent execution across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to improve order-management processes, operational efficiency, and the overall client experience.

Digital Projects and Site Optimization

  • Partner with Retail, Technology, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support digital campaigns and online-to-offline initiatives.
  • Support digital projects, platform enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Monitor site performance and client-experience issues, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to deliver improvements.
  • Support user-acceptance testing for site releases, new functionality, and operational enhancements.
  • Assist with the launch and ongoing operation of third-party digital commerce partnerships.
  • Track relevant eCommerce performance indicators and provide operational insights and recommendations where required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; university degree preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably within the retail, fashion, luxury, or consumer-goods sectors.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce operational processes and key performance indicators.
  • Experience in using eCommerce platforms or enablers, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, is preferred.
  • Experience with content management systems and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
  • Experience with digital analytics, tracking, or testing tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, is an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to priorities tasks, resolve problems, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
