• Moderate level of MS office ,AutoCAD proficiency
• Well versed with IS1200 and other relevant codes for estimation and measurement for RCC and steel structure
• Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ, BBS &Working Drawings.
• Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer.
• Knowledge of Project Planning
• Good Knowledge in Quantity Estimation of all Items which includes Earth work, Concrete, Shuttering, Steel, Masonry, Plaster etc.& Finishes Items
• Good Knowledge in Bar Bending Schedule for Steel calculation
• Good Knowledge in doing the Reconciliation of Materials such as Concrete, Steel, Cement Candidate
• shall be knowing the Cement Consumption Factor of all the items wherever cement is applicable
• Candidate shall be knowing the Factors such as kg/sq ft, cum/sq ft on built up area
• Good Knowledge in Contract Conditions(Pre & Post Contracts)
• Good Knowledge in Contractor & Client Billing
• Good Knowledge of all parts mentioned in IS Code 1200 for mode of measurement
• once in a month need to visit site | Pan India
