D2C Customer Experience & Operations Intern

We are looking for curious and hands-on interns who are interested in understanding how a fast-growing D2C business operates and solving real customer and operational problems. The role will primarily focus on customer experience, customer segmentation, data, AI/ML, process optimization, and gaining hands-on exposure to D2C operations and the Indian last-mile ecosystem.

This Role (Intern) will work at the intersection of Customer Experience, Data, AI/ML, Technology, Operations and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and identify meaningful customer segments and patterns
• Understand customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve customer experience
• Help define what we communicate to customers, when we communicate and through which channels
• Speak directly with customers to understand their expectations, feedback and pain points
• Work with customer and operational data to generate actionable insights
• Leverage existing internal tools and identify opportunities to improve their usage and output
• Identify repetitive/manual processes and explore automation opportunities
• Explore practical applications of AI/ML to solve customer and operational problems
• Build simple tools, workflows or automations to improve operational efficiency
• Understand the end-to-end D2C order journey, from order placement to fulfilment and delivery
• Gain exposure to the Indian logistics and last-mile ecosystem
• Work with the backend operations and supply-chain teams to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
