Job Title: D2C Growth Manager

Location: Kolkata (Onsite - Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a D2C Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth across Dot & Key’s D2C app and website. The role combines growth strategy, analytics and hands-on execution , with a strong focus on experimentation and improving the customer funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own growth metrics across traffic, conversion, retention and revenue .
• Develop and execute app and website growth strategies .
• Drive CRO, A/B testing, funnel optimisation and growth experiments .
• Partner with CRM and Tech teams to improve customer engagement, retention and UX .
• Track and analyse growth performance using GA4, Mixpanel and internal dashboards .
• Identify customer, category and competitor insights to drive new growth opportunities.
• Build a structured approach to testing, learning and scaling successful initiatives .
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Tech and Creative teams.

Preferred Skills & Know-how:

• Strong understanding of D2C growth and e-commerce funnels .
• Hands-on experience in CRO, A/B testing and funnel analytics .
• Proficiency in GA4/Mixpanel, Excel/Google Sheets .
• Working knowledge of Shopify, app analytics and attribution tools .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to ASO, CRM/lifecycle marketing and BI tools is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in Growth, D2C, e-commerce or consumer businesses.
• Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Skincare or other consumer brands is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
