Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced D2C Logistics Manager with strong B2C e-commerce operations experience, preferably with brands selling through their own websites and marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate should be proficient in order fulfillment, inventory management, dispatch, returns, courier operations, and ERP integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2C logistics, from order processing to dispatch, delivery, and returns.
• Handle orders from Shopify websites, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Manage inventory, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, RTO, and return shipments.
• Coordinate with courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other logistics providers.
• Work on Shopify, Magento, ERP systems, SAP, and OMS platforms for order and inventory management.
• Track daily MIS, dispatch TAT, delivery performance, shipping costs, and inventory accuracy using Excel.
• Lead and manage a team of 3–6 members.
• Resolve shipment delays, stock mismatches, missed pickups, and customer delivery escalations.
• Improve logistics processes, reduce RTO, and optimize shipping costs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Strong experience in B2C e-commerce and D2C brand operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and website-based order management.
• Working knowledge of Shopify, Magento, ERP, SAP, or OMS platforms.
• Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Experience handling courier partners, inventory, dispatch, and returns.
• Previous team-handling experience with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
