D2C Manager

What you'll own -

• P&L: Full ownership of the D2C (beardo.in) channel revenue, CAC, contribution margin, channel mix, and the trade-offs between them. You should be as comfortable defending a margin call as a growth number.

• Acquisition: Performance marketing, SEO/content, and channel mix to keep customer growth compounding efficiently.

• Retention: SMS, subscriptions, LTV and repeat-rate levers turning new customers into repeat ones, not just adding to the top of the funnel.

• Product: Working with category/brand teams on assortment, pricing, and merchandising decisions that show up directly in conversion and AOV.

• Supply chain: Demand forecasting and inventory coordination with ops so growth doesn't outrun fulfilment.

• Shopify Plus storefront roadmap site experience, checkout optimization, app stack with tech/design.

What we're looking for -

• 3-5 years in D2C/e-commerce, with direct P&L ownership and working fluency across all four pillars acquisition, retention, product, and supply chain not just one.

• Strong grip on growth economics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and comfort making weekly calls from data.

• Someone who genuinely loves this work the kind of person who goes the extra distance without being asked, and brings a 10x attitude to how they think about problems, not just how many hours they put in.

• Bonus: experience in beauty/personal care/grooming or another high-frequency FMCG-adjacent category.
