D2C Performance Marketer – Meta Ads

We are looking for an experienced D2C Performance Marketer to plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on sales, customer acquisition, and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads for D2C brands.
• Manage campaigns focused on sales, conversions, customer acquisition, and ROAS.
• Conduct audience, competitor, product, and market research.
• Test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
• Scale profitable campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
• Manage prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ads and UGC concepts.
• Monitor Meta Pixel, events, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithms, and new features.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads / Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of D2C marketing and conversion funnels.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in scaling profitable campaigns and improving ROAS.
• Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and tracking tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
