Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented D2C Warehouse Operative to join our operational team in Ashbourne, Co Meath. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a vital role in day-to-day warehouse operations—handling goods-in, stock relocations, website order picking, packing, and dispatch for our B2B, wholesale, and D2C channels.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in high standards of stock accuracy, and operates with a "right first time" mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Goods-In & Receiving: Assist in unloading inbound deliveries, inspecting stock for damage, verifying physical counts against paperwork, and processing Goods Received Notes.
• Live Scanning & System Usage: Log all incoming stock, bin locations, stock movements, and customer dispatches in real-time. Zero manual unverified stock movements.
• Web Order Picking & Packing: Pick items accurately from designated rack and mezzanine LOCs for B2B retail orders, influencer/PR packages, marketing requests, and daily e-commerce dispatches.
• Stock Control & Auditing: Assist the Warehouse Manager with regular stock counts, variance audits, and item tracking.
• Assembly & Kitting: Assemble promotional packages, goodie bags, and custom gift boxes as needed for campaigns and seasonal drives.
• Dispatch Prep: Safely palletise, shrink-wrap, label, and stage outbound orders for courier collection to meet strict daily dispatch cut-offs.
• Warehouse Maintenance & Safety: Maintain clean, safe, and organized aisles, packing stations, and mezzanine storage areas in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfilment centre, or logistics environment. Cosmetics/FMCG experience is a distinct advantage.
• WMS & Technology: Experience using handheld barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (experience with Mintsoft is a plus).
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when reading SKUs, counting stock, checking batch codes, and picking multi-item orders.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual handling tasks, stand/walk for extended periods, and comfortably navigate the floor.
• Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
• Flexibility: Punctual, reliable, and flexible to work occasional overtime or adjusted shift hours during peak retail/seasonal periods.
