Company Description Hail.com specializes in hail damage repair. From Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) to Roof Repair.

Role Description This is an on-site door to door sales role scaling all over the DFW Metroplex. The Salesperson will engage directly with prospective and existing customers, explaining services, answering questions, and guiding customers through the repair process. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, conducting in-person and phone consultations, and following up to close the deal. You can work online to find leads and advertise. The end goal is to find a customer with hail damage on their car/roof, and close the job so we can begin repairs.

Good Leads:

• Vehicles must be at least 2018/2019 2020+ (The newer to better- less likely to total).
• The owner needed to have comprehensive coverage during the hail storm damages occurred.
• There must be hail damage on the vehicle/ roof
• Customer must file the claim. (If they need help, we can assist them but they must file).
• Find out what their deductible is
• Do they need a loaner car? Do They have rental coverage?

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer service and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Candidates should possess sales-related skills such as lead qualification, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and handle objections effectively.

Pay: From $1,000.00 per day
