The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect to join their expanding Consulting Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Dynamics professional to play a key role in shaping enterprise-scale solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, programme leaders, and delivery teams to design and deliver innovative Microsoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients maximise the value of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 investments.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
• Engage directly with customers to understand business strategies, requirements, and operational processes.
• Design and articulate future-state solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft technologies.
• Advise clients on best practices and solution roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and workshops.
• Design bespoke solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Produce and maintain Solution Design documentation.
• Review and support the development of functional specifications, particularly for complex solutions and integrations.
• Act as the design authority across programmes, ensuring solution consistency and alignment.
• Provide guidance to Programme Directors, Project Managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects and delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / CRM .
• Strong experience designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions and integrations.
• Proven track record operating as a Solution Architect on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Demonstrable experience creating tailored solutions for complex business requirements.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration architecture, and system design.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced project environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• High level of attention to detail.

Travel Requirements

This role offers a home based contract, however it requires occasional travel to client sites and company offices across Europe when required. Applicants should be comfortable travelling as part of project delivery and stakeholder engagement activities.
