As a D365 CE Integrations- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' technology landscapes across various functions by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to PwC's strategy-led and technology-enabled value proposition, aligning industry focus with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. Your efforts will help clients optimize their Sales, Service, and Marketing functions, deploying Microsoft Business Applications Suite to meet unique business needs.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your skills to analyze complex problems and manage workstreams within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work. This role involves mentoring Associates and junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional and technical standards. You will be exposed to diverse perspectives, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage with clients to transform their operations, leveraging your understanding of Microsoft Dynamics to deliver impactful solutions. Your contributions will be integral to driving continuous improvement and innovation within our Microsoft Dynamics team.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex business issues and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Leading CRM implementations and integrations to enhance client business processes
• Managing CRM project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations
• Utilizing CRM analytics to provide insights and recommendations for client strategies
• Conducting customer journey analysis to optimize user experiences and engagement
• Configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet specific client requirements and objectives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive CRM solutions
• Providing user training and support to maximize the adoption of CRM systems
• Engaging in business process analysis to identify opportunities for operational efficiency
• Embracing change and fostering an environment of continuous improvement within projects

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
