• Lead solution design activities in pre-grooming, grooming and sprint activities
• Participate in the development of architecture documentation to support the future roadmap and ensure application maintainability
• Liaise with Architects, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to refine software requirements; and to assess the feasibility of solutions within time constraints
• Contribute in the evaluation of code and database design, system structure, interface between hardware and software, operational and performance requirements of overall system
• Prepare Technical Design and Specification documents
• Create implementation instructions and support application deployments
• Facilitate knowledge transfer as a SME.
• Mentor team members and support their development.
• Participate in application code reviews/walkthroughs to ensure accuracy in relation to business requirements and development guidelines
• Remain up to date of development technologies, both current and future
• Follow industry standards in application development, secure coding, and testing Job Requirement
• Bachelor or above in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Over 8 Years of software development experience and 5 years of . Net experience.
• More than 5 years of Dynamics 365 Development experience
• More than 3 years of architecture design experience, with in-depth understanding of distributed Cloud-based architectures .
• More than 2 years of team management experience for team with more than 5 people and project management experience.
• Have a deep understanding of Object-Oriented ,Design patterns and good coding habits.
• Be familiar with the Azure cloud Architecture.
• Possess the ability of highly scalable database design.
• Have a profound insight into the current technological development trends.
• Fluent English Reading, Writing and Speaking
• Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and conflict management abilities.
• Excellent Document writing and presentation abilities .
• Have experience in international company would be a plus.
• Have experience in insurance industry a plus.
