- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions based on business requirements.
- Build Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) using Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Fx.
- Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, JavaScript, and C#/.NET customizations.
- Integrate D365 CRM with external systems using REST API, Web API, and OData.
- Manage CRM entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business process flows.
- Support Power Platform ALM, solution management, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM and automation solutions.
