D365 CRM Developer (x3)

Contract Information

• Openings : 3 consultants
• Location: Paris – onsite 2–3 days per week
• Contract: Full-time freelance
• Duration: 6 months, renewable
• Start: ASAP
• Languages: English and French mandatory
• Experience: Senior / confirmed; proven hands-on delivery experience
• Sector background: Finance, banking or a comparable environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customise and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales solutions in line with business requirements.
• Deliver solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Translate requirements into practical technical designs, configuration and custom development.
• Build and maintain CRM extensions, automation and integrations, using appropriate development approaches.
• Work with functional consultants, business stakeholders and technical colleagues to clarify requirements and deliver agreed solutions.
• Test and troubleshoot developments, resolve defects and support deployment and ongoing technical support.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate progress, risks and dependencies.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables, working independently and collaboratively within the project team.

Essential Experience

• Confirmed hands-on experience as a D365 CRM Developer, at senior or experienced consultant level.
• Strong development and customisation experience with the Dynamics 365 Sales module.
• Proven delivery experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Practical experience with CRM custom development, extensions and integrations; relevant skills may include C#, plugins, JavaScript and APIs.
• Previous experience in finance, banking or a comparable environment.
• Ability to join an existing project, understand the solution quickly and hit the ground running.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and collaborate effectively with a wider team.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English; both languages are mandatory.
• Availability for 2–3 days per week onsite in Paris.
• Available to start ASAP on a full-time freelance, six-month renewable contract.
