6-Month Contract | Supporting a Major System Implementation
Are you an experienced trainer with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE)? We’re seeking a capable and engaging D365 Customer Experience Trainer to support the implementation of a new customer management system, helping customer service teams build the skills and confidence needed to use the platform effectively.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant technology transformation, delivering practical training and supporting users through a major system change.

About the Role
Working as part of the implementation team, you will support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, scheduled for early December. With an accelerated implementation timeline, you will play an important role in preparing customer service users to transition to the new system and embed effective ways of working.

You will be responsible for delivering and supporting training activities, helping users understand system functionality and ensuring they can confidently navigate D365 CE in their day-to-day roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, practical training to customer service users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Develop, adapt and maintain training materials, user guides and supporting resources.
  • Demonstrate system functionality and guide users through key processes and workflows.
  • Provide hands-on support to users as they learn to navigate the new platform.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and tailor training approaches to suit different user needs and experience levels.
  • Respond to user questions, troubleshoot common issues and escalate technical problems where required.
  • Work collaboratively with project stakeholders and implementation teams to ensure training aligns with system configuration and business processes.
  • Support change adoption and help minimise disruption during the transition to the new system.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering or supporting training for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally within the Customer Experience (CE) module.
  • Strong knowledge of D365 CE functionality, navigation and customer service workflows.
  • Experience developing training materials, user guides or other learning resources.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.
  • A patient, engaging and user-focused approach to training and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to questions and challenges.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.

The Opportunity
This six-month contract offers the opportunity to contribute to a major system implementation, working closely with customer service teams to support a successful transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

If you have the D365 expertise and training skills to help users embrace a new system and build confidence quickly, we’d love to hear from you.
