Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Support Consultant to provide application support, troubleshooting, development, and maintenance for enterprise ERP solutions.

• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX 2012.
• Proficiency in:
• X++
• Visual Studio
• Azure DevOps
• SSRS Reporting
• OData
• DMF (Data Management Framework)
• Workflows

Good understanding of:

• SQL Server
• Power Platform
• Azure Services
• Integrations and APIs

Support Skills

• Incident Management
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Problem Management
• Change and Release Management
• ITIL Processes

Main Skills: F&O Tech, X++, LCS, previous work experience in Support projects is must
