D365 Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant with 8+ years to bridge business needs and technology solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and support the successful delivery of CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Configure and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights and Field Service modules.
Prepare business process flows, use cases, functional design documents, and fit-gap analyses.
Collaborate with developers and solution architects to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
Support data migration, integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and end-user training sessions.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support change management, issue resolution, and post-go-live adoption activities.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights and Field Service.
Experience in requirement elicitation, process mapping, and functional documentation.
Knowledge of Dataverse, security concepts, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
Experience working on at least 2 end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
Knowledge of integrations, data migration, and reporting concepts.
Experience in customer-facing consulting engagements.
