Your mission: In your apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for Application Development, you'll learn how to develop complex software solutions and design IT systems from the ground up. This includes:

• Programming with Java, PL/SQL & Co
• Working with Oracle databases and middleware
• Developing web portals and mobile apps
• Solving real business problems with innovative technologies
• Learning from experienced IT professionals & working in agile teams

Requirements

• Very good Abitur (German high school diploma) with a technical focus, or an incomplete degree in an IT-related field
• Interest in tech: You're into programming, IT systems, and digital innovation
• Math & logic: You love cracking problems and building smart solutions
• Language skills: Confident German, good English or willing to improve
• Soft skills: Reliable, thorough, a team player - and simply motivated to build something cool
