Daily Worker Bartender

About the Role

PISON Group is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Daily Worker (DW) Bartender to join our Front of House team in Bali. In this role, you will support daily bar operations by preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Assist with daily bar setup, including preparing ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and bar equipment
• Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and workstations
• Replenish beverages, ingredients, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies as needed
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and inform supervisors when supplies are running low
• Follow proper food, beverage, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
• Ensure beverages are presented consistently according to company standards
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Assist in handling guest requests and provide friendly service throughout the dining experience
• Support the bar and Front of House team with other operational duties when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Bartender, Barback, Waiter/Waitress, or in a hospitality role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and bar service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong teamwork and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm and attentive during busy service periods
• Willingness to learn and follow company beverage, service, and safety standards
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
• Basic English communication skills are preferred
