About the role

The Bartender will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences through professional beverage service and genuine hospitality. You will be responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. This position requires strong beverage knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with guests in a warm and personalized manner.

What you will do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages based on guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.

What you bring

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining restaurant, or upscale bar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• A Diploma in a relevant field is required
