- Assist in preparing salads, appetizers, cold dishes, and other cold kitchen items.
- Prepare and handle ingredients according to kitchen standards.
- Follow recipes, portioning, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area.
- Assist the kitchen team during daily preparation and service.
- Properly store and label ingredients and prepared food.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef/Supervisor.
