What they need
Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan fasilitas, peralatan, serta sistem teknis hotel.
Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap instalasi listrik, plumbing, AC, water heater, pompa, dan peralatan engineering lainnya.
Menangani dan melakukan troubleshooting terhadap kerusakan teknis di area hotel maupun kamar tamu.
Melaksanakan preventive maintenance sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
Memastikan seluruh fasilitas dan equipment hotel berfungsi dengan baik, aman, dan sesuai standar operasional.
Melakukan monitoring penggunaan serta kondisi peralatan dan fasilitas engineering.
Menindaklanjuti laporan kerusakan dari departemen lain dan memastikan perbaikan dilakukan dengan tepat waktu.
Melakukan pekerjaan engineering lainnya sesuai kebutuhan operasional hotel dan arahan atasan.
