What they need
- Perform daily maintenance and repair of villa facilities, equipment, and building infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, AC, water pump, and general maintenance works.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and operational teams.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly and safely.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and routine checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the engineering/work area and tools.
- Report major technical issues or required repairs to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
- Support other engineering-related tasks as assigned.
