What they need
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with a background in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Reservation, Front Office, or a related field for at least 3–6 months is preferred.
- Familiar with reservation systems and booking platforms.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
